These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Project Freedom Together website and to purchases made through our website.
By purchasing a product from Project Freedom Together, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase our products.
2. Our Products
Project Freedom Together currently offers digital products, including the AI Time Saver Worksheet and related digital resources and templates.
All products are provided digitally. No physical products will be shipped.
Product descriptions, features and pricing are provided on the relevant product or sales page.
3. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed on the relevant sales or checkout page and may be shown in ZAR, USD, or another currency supported by our payment system.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required to process your purchase.
4. Delivery and Access
After successful payment, your digital product access information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Our digital-product delivery and email services may be provided through Systeme.io.
Please check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, if you do not see your access email.

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve genuine delivery or access problems.
5. Refunds and Consumer Rights
Because our products are digital products that may be delivered and accessed electronically, we generally do not offer refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after receiving or accessing the product.
However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal purposes, unless a different licence is expressly stated.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.
You may not, without our written permission:
- Resell the product
- Redistribute, share or give away the product
- Upload the product to public websites, marketplaces or file-sharing services
- Repackage the product for resale
- Sell or distribute modified versions of the product
- Use the product to create a competing commercial product
